Domestic Shipping

  • We currently offer standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Address Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Address changes after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information to file a claim.
