30-Day Return Policy
Returns Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- How to Start: Contact us through the form on our website. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending the package.
- Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve the issue.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same return requirements: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us for assistance.
